As a founder of Gi'Signature and Rogers Signature Consulting, my background covers over 2 decades of working in the nonprofit industry. I have helped nonprofits and small businesses grow their programs and services from limited resources to sustainable and impactful operations. My work required structure, accountability, and clear systems—qualities essential to design your destiny—but it also demanded compassion, resilience, and faith.
Over time, I realized that many people, including myself, experienced uncertainty in their personal lives similar to the challenges organizations face in their operations: lack of clarity, inconsistent follow-through, and the feeling of drifting without direction. This journey of self-discovery led me to recognize the importance of personal growth in navigating these challenges.
Gi'Signature was created to bridge this gap, and I want to share it with you.
